  • Who is the Energy Alignment Kit for?

    The Energy Alignment Kit is designed for people all different stages of their Mastering Alchemy journey. Whether just exploring or have been around for a while, this offers a steady way to get the most out of the current energy shifts. It is ideal for:

    • Those who are new and want to experience the work before committing to the full Living Lightbody Pathway
    • Those who want a focused, monthly class aligned with the current energetic landscape
    • Those who have stepped away from the coursework and want a lighter way to stay connected
    • Those already in the Journey who enjoy working with the current energy in real time
  • Do I choose the Journey Membership or is the Kit enough?

    The Kit can stand alone, or it can be a stepping stone. If your new and want to explore the coursework, you'll not only have the specially curated monthly class, but also full access to Energy Essentials – Level 1, the first master-class in the Living Lightbody Pathway coursework. You can give this a try before stepping into the full coursework with the Journey membership.

    If you have completed the Pathway or have taken a break from it, this is a great way to stay connected, fine tune your abilities and get the most out of the latest shifts in energy and consciousness.

  • Is Energy Essentials – Level 1 really included?

    Yes. As a Kit member, you receive full access to Energy Essentials – Level 1 as long as your membership is active. If you prefer permanent, unlimited access without a subscription, Level 1 can also be purchased separately for a one-time payment.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing cycle. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.

  • What if I can’t attend the live class?

    While joining live is wonderful if your schedule allows, all sessions are recorded and posted within a few days. You can listen when it works best for you. Additionally, you’re welcome to email in any questions ahead of the live class to be addressed.

  • How much time does this require each month?

    The monthly class recordings are in total approximately one hour. Many members listen in sections and return to it throughout the month. You can engage deeply or lightly depending on your schedule. The integrative ideas and reflective questions are designed to easily to fit into your day to further expand and work with the energy.

    Even light engagement counts. You don’t have to complete everything every month. The ideas and questions are merely suggestions from which to engage or create your own. What matters is your experience.

  • What do I need to know before starting?

    Nothing. You do not need prior experience working with energy. The tools are practical, grounded, and easy to apply. We also include additional resource links to use as well. If you are new, we recommend starting Level 1 course alongside, as it assists you to build a strong energetic foundation to expand on.

  • What kind of results can I expect?

    Members often report:

    • Feeling more grounded and centered
    • Greater clarity in decision-making
    • A stronger sense of self-empowerment
    • The ability to shift dense or reactive energy more quickly

  • Is this like meditations or a belief system?

    No. It is not a meditation program. While there are meditation-like audios or energy exercises you'll enjoy, this work goes beyond giving you practical techniques and every-day tools to expand your awareness, consciousness and live from your heart space.

    And no, Mastering Alchemy is not about adopting any specific beliefs. You'll hear it said many times, "don't believe". The work is experiential and practical. You are invited to explore, practice, and notice what changes for you. Your own experience is what matters most. There is nothing to believe.
